The government has again increased the price of petroleum products. The Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petrol by Rs 2 per liter and diesel and kerosene by Rs 9 per liter with effect from midnight on Monday.
Similarly, aviation fuel has been increased by Rs. 5 per liter. The price of petrol has gone up to Rs 181 and diesel and kerosene to Rs 172 per liter. After the corporation reduced the price by cutting the tax last Saturday, it has increased the price again showing the reason for the increase in the price in the international market.
