BMW G310 RR to come

BMW has released a teaser for its upcoming bike. It looks exactly like the fair, sportsbike version of the company’s G310R Street Fighter. The new model is expected to launch on July 15 and looks like a revised version of the TVS Apache RR310.

As seen in the teaser, the design of the LED taillights of BMW’s new bike is similar to that of the TVS Apache RR310. The other design of the bike is similar to Apache. The teaser features an instrument console, but the new model is expected to have the same TFT unit as the TVS sports bike. Like the BMW G310R and G310GS, it will have a monochrome LCD instrument console.

The new BMW G310 RR will be powered by a 312 cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine similar to the TVS Apache RR 310. The reverse incline engine is capable of generating 34 PS of power and 27.3 Nm of torque in Sport and Track modes respectively. It generates 25.8 PS of power and 25 Nm of torque in ‘Rain’ and ‘Urban’ modes.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch. Riding mode is not available on BMW’s current 310cc model but will be updated with Riding Mode and TFT Instrument Console in the near future after the launch of the BMW G310 RR. According to the teaser, it is clear that BMW’s new 310 sports bike will have the brand’s signature color. Includes white and red, blue and violet highlights.
