Sayapatri Hydropower Limited is going to open the issuance and sale of ordinary shares for the locals affected by the project. The company is set to open the sale of 300,000 shares worth Rs 30 million at the rate of Rs 100 per share from July 15.
Locals residing in Tarakhola village municipality and Galkot municipality of Baglung district affected by the project will be able to apply for the purchase of minimum 10 lots and maximum 30,000 lots of shares by July 31 if they do not apply as per the demand.
The company is also generating electricity by completing the construction of 2.5 MW Daram Khola ‘A’ Hydropower Project in Daramkhola in Tarakhola Gaonpalika-2 and 3 of Baglung.
Investors can apply for purchase of shares of Prabhu Bank’s Tarakhola and Galkot branches, Global IAE Bank’s Galkot branch, Kamana Seva Vikas Bank’s Galkot branch and NIBL S Capital Limited from Kathmandu, said NIBL S Capital Limited. The company has been given ‘Care NP BB Issuer’ grading by Care Rating Nepal.
Over 9.5 million shares of NCC Bank for sale
NCC Bank has put up sale of more than 900,000 shares from today. The bank has sold 880,000 shares of the founder group. Along with the existing founders, other interested persons, firm companies and organizations will be able to submit purchase application for this share.
The minimum price of the shares put up for sale has been fixed at Rs 141 per share. This means bidding for a minimum price or more when applying for a purchase. Investors will have to submit a purchase application for a minimum of 1,000 lots. At most, there will be no claim.
Interested investors should submit sealed bids to the office of Securities Sales Manager Sunrise Capital at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Bids will have to be submitted by 3 pm on July 20.
